Anthony Arnold (Owner, certified personal trainer and yoga instructor) has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1997. His focus has been teaching lifestyle management, owning and operating his own personal training business, mentoring new trainers and staying active within the health and wellness community.

Anthony is certified through the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) as a personal trainer. This past year, Anthony became certified as a yoga instructor through Core Power Yoga in Denver, CO and the Yoga Alliance. “I believe in making each program for my clients challenging, educational, and above all else, fun.”

From Worst To Best Shape Of My Life Within 5 Months

All my life I had considered myself to be a reasonably fit, and active person. After working in an office for the last 5 years, averaging somewhere around 60 hours a week, enduring high levels of stress, working late and feeling like there was no time to exercise, I had let myself slip.

I realized I truly had lost sight of myself. Did I really have this gut? Where did this extra chin come from? Physically speaking, this was an all time low for me, and I knew I needed to do something about it immediately.

In March of 2007, I had the luck of being referred to Anthony Arnold. I let him know that becoming fit again was a priority, and I was willing to do whatever it was going to take to get back in shape..

Because of my work schedule, I had no choice other than to work out early in the morning. Training at 6:30 was not an easy thing to do at first, but Anthony motivated me to get up and come in, and kept me focused on my goal of getting in shape.

With the unique approach that Anthony took to training me, the results I saw were incredible! Using a combination of cardio, weights, plyometrics and yoga I was able to strip away over 10 pounds in just a few months time. I literally went from the WORST shape of my life, to the BEST shape of my life within 5 months.

Now that I’ve developed the positive dietary and exercise habits that I need, Anthony has helped me to become more physically fit, and mentally stronger than ever before, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
