What is The Fitness Gallery?

The Fitness Gallery is located in one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the Highlands (32nd & Tejon). A new and hip approach to personal training, our studio is located within an art gallery. Our staff will provide personalized guidance to clients seeking to improve their overall health and well being, while at the same time creating an environment to stimulate the mind. We believe that each workout should be challenging, educational and above all else, individualized to your body and personal goals. Individual yoga sessions, personal training, and group sessions are just a few of the services offered at our studio. Each month, we will be featuring new artists locally, and from across the country. The Fitness Gallery is walking distance from the Highland Pedestrian Bridge, LoLa, and LoDo.

Exercise Specialists

Anthony Arnold (Owner, certified personal trainer and yoga instructor) has been actively involved in the fitness industry since 1997.  His focus has been teaching lifestyle management, owning and operating his own personal training business, mentoring new trainers and staying active within the health and wellness community. 

Anthony is certified through the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA) as a personal trainer.  This past year, Anthony became certified as a yoga instructor through Core Power Yoga in Denver, CO and the Yoga Alliance.  “I believe in making each program for my clients challenging, educational, and above all else, fun”.

In any given session with Anthony, you might find yourself practicing yoga and Pilates for strength and flexibility, or Plyometrics for core strengthening. Anthony has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from professional athletes to active parents and teenagers, to busy executives looking to help improve their mental and physical health.  Weight loss and strength training for women in one of Anthony’s many areas of expertise.

In his spare time, you will find Anthony practicing yoga, working with youth, attending live music venues, or riding his beach cruiser around the city.  “Everything in life is about balance, and I believe in practicing this in my clients as well as my own life on a day to day basis”.

Philosophy

Like your mind, your spirit, and your relationships, it is your responsibility to keep your body healthy.  No matter where you are on your journey, there is a way to improve your exercise and nutrition routine!

With this in mind, each session should be personal to the individual, helping him or her meet specific needs and goals.

Anthony draws from a wide pool of techniques to achieve results:  blending traditional resistance training with cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, plyometrics, core stability, yoga, Pilates, and complex mobility.
